“Zkak El Blat” with its important location within the periphery of Beirut central district and near the Governmental Palace, was one of the few residential buildings al this special area.
This building Is an eight stories project, providing ground floor shops with their pertaining mezzanine, Six floors of residential apartments rise above the mezzanine, these apartments were completely redesigned to achieve the contemporary life needs and to utilize from the building form and areas In a modem but private architectural design, toking In consideration the building views and the environmental conditions. The simplicity of the focade were revived by the new colorful and warm painting.
