The Project includes mainly the detailed design for temporary traffic diversion and coordination with relevant authority to obtain approval.
It also includes earthworks, kerbs, footways, and paved areas, flexible pavements, SWDprovision for future public and private utility services, and diversion and protection of existing utilities (eg. water, sewer, TSE, EHV, HV, MV, LV, Ooredo, and QAF & MOI-SSD).
