ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE IN NORTH OF AL NASSRIYA PACKAGE 02
Al Nassriya Project Area covers approximately 192 hectares located predominantly within the Al Rayyan Municipality with a small north-eastern section extending into the Umm Salal Mohammed Municipality. Area comprised of approximately 806 Residential Villas, 4 Commercial plots, 7 Mosques, 6 Mosque, 35 Open spaces/ parks, 3 schools, 5 Government, and
44 utility when fully built.
Scope of Works for this project are summarized as follows: Grading Works (50,249m2), Earthworks (1,033,928 m3) Interface with other projects, Topographical Survey, Site Clearance, Temporary & Permanent Roads (340,600 m2), Foul Water Line (29,337 lm), Street lighting (Interim) (895 poles), Geotechnical and Environmental, Kahramaa Electricity (240,800 lm), Kahramaa Water (22,195 lm), Telecommunication, Surface Water (3,600lm) and Construction Phasing & Traffic Maintenance.
