DESIGN & BUILD OF DALI PALACE
A Traditional L-shaped Residential Complex and Clinic with total built up area of 2,750 square meters and 300 square meters of raised garden. The complex consists of 3 floors, the ground floor includes a specialized clinic, the guard & gardener apartments and the common and service areas.
A luxury split levels house exist at the first level with its entrance hall, saloons, sitting lounges, living area, guests area, kitchen and wet areas in the open zone & with bedrooms and family areas in the private zone. A garden and swimming pool raise at the first floor to provide an open view, continuity and terrace for the internal spaces. The second floor is composed of two luxurious apartments sharing the building facilities with unique architecture. The traditional elements and features in form and material enriched the volumes with sense of art and simplicity.
