DOHA EXPRESSWAY PACKAGE 12 (F-RING ROAD)
F-Ring Road is one of the Expressway Programme Projects of ASHGHAL and would serve as a new primary route west of Doha City. Works in this package include the construction of a new 8.7 km roadway as the mainline of the F-Ring Road (6 to 8 lane carriageway separated by a divided median with ramps and service roads at interchanges).
This project was awarded to CCC/TEYSEER Joint Venture and AJP performed the works as a subcontractor.
The scope of works include:
- Bridges at interchanges;
- Frontage roads, new asphalt pavement construction;
- Utility upgrading & relocations;
- Full roadway lighting, traffic signs, road marking, new positive storm water drainage system;
- Relocation of the foul sewerage;
- New treated effluent sewer system;
- Hard and soft landscaping works & irrigation;
- Guardrails and barriers and protection for existing oil and gas pipes.
