Le Patio

“Le Patio” is a cubic form traditional building, located at Marfaaa area. Its design basis were the grid and module vertically and horizontally. The building it surrounded by a three streets which afford a three access and various views, since It is near to the sea in a multifunctional area. The ground floor and mezzanine ore composed of shops, restaurant, reception, lounges, and other service areas. The five floors above the mezzanine were designed to be a luxury furnished suites, with high flexibility and different sizes and interiors, to cover the customers desires and requirements.
