LUSAIL CP07-4,5,&6 – LANDSCAPE WORKS FOR COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD ON ROAD A4, LINEAR PARKS & ROAD A &D3
This Contract includes the Construction of the Public Realm for the
following three packages:
- CP07-C-4: Linear Parks
- CP07-C-5: Road A3 Streetscape
- CP07-C-6: Commercial Boulevard and Road D3 South
The works for the Public Realm includes earthworks, concrete works, hard and soft landscape, irrigation, landscape lighting, electrical works, street furniture, shade structures, kiosks, toilets, water features including their MEP works for in the mechanical vaults and all necessary civil utility infrastructure works as detailed in the drawings and the permanent utilities connection with the Lusail wide main network (i.e. Power, Potable Water, Foul Sewer, Drainage, District Cooling, TSE, ELV, Tel and SSD, Smart City network requirements).
