LUSAIL CITY – CONSTRUCTION PACKAGE 10 J (CP10-J)
Construction Package CP10-J includes landscape works to the streetscape & street lighting to verge, median and traffic islands to collector and local roads in the Fox Hills District of Lusail.
Scope of work include, but not limited to the construction & completion of Landscape & related works which will include:
Demolition & site clearance; Earthworks including filling, planting soil, root barriers; Adjusting Utility vaults and manhole to match finished grade; Sub flexible road bases & surfacing; Precast & Granite kerbs; Light duty pavements; Paving & edging; Tree , Shrub & groundcover planting; Mulching; Decorative gravel; Secondary & tertiary irrigation; Street lightingsystem including foundations, cabling, lighting & signal fixtures; Site furniture including benches, bins, bike racks; SSD network including manholes ducts & ancillary work and; Planting Establishment and Maintenance.
