DESIGN & BUILD EARTHWORKS & SITE GRADING FOR UM AL HOUL SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (QEZ-3)
This Project is commissioned by MANATEQ to provide an efficient, sustainable and world class business environment enabling foreign investment and trade in Qatar.
MANATEQ is targeting a sustainable development with a GSAS rating of three stars, and seeks to achieve sustainability in all aspects of QEZ-3. The QEZ-3 development is divided into three (3) main land parcels, Parcel A, Parcel B and Parcel C.
The Scope of Work is Design and Build of Earthworks and Site Grading Works for Parcel A and Parcel C only which includes the following:
- Main Design Elements
- General Construction
- Civil Construction Works
