ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE IN SEMAISMA – PACKAGE 2 (SOUTH)
The Roads and Infrastructure in Semaisma – Package 2 (South) – DS140 Package 2 Project consists of Semaisma South, which is primarily being developed as residential with supporting educational institutions. It is located 20km North of Doha International Airport. Al Khor Expressway and North Shamal Roads provide the primary means of access to the community.
The general scope of work to be undertaken in the Project is to provide roads and infrastructure for residential and public use plots in an area covering 198.86 hectares. Scope includes demolition & site clearance, road works, street lighting, soft landscaping & irrigation, landscape furniture, surface water drainage including rising main works, pump station & outfall structure, foul water drainage including micro-tunneling works, TSE water system, water mains, electricity works including indoor substations (civil works) and telecom installation i.e. CRA, QAF, Ooredoo, QNBN.
