PROTECTION, RESTORATION, & MAINTENANCE OF BEACHES OF SALY
Saly (also known as Saly Portudal) is a seaside resort area in on the Petite Cote of Senegal, South of Dakar and is the top tourist destination in all of West Africa.
APIX.SA, project ownership of the project on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism, requests closed bids from eligible bidders and qualified to perform the Protection, Restoration and maintenance of the beaches of Saly on a linear 4.5 km grouped in one (1) lot and carrying on the construction of protection works against the advance of the sea (breakwater, spikes in “T” and ” L “, ears) and dredging for beach sand reloading as per the following segment:
A. Firm tranche concerning only the works of protection (ears and breakwaters)
B. Conditional tranche for dredging and the work of massive reload
