UG Carpark & AG Park

This is a Parking and Landscaping project. The project is of important location in Beirut central district. It faces the municipality of Beirut and it is on an access street to the Parliament. It is composed of four triangular basement levels for car parking with all related services, and upper rich and well landscaped park. The project was structurally complicated due to the ramped smooth finished slabs, triangular form, chamfered and decorated fair face finished vertical elements, irregular stairs, and others.
