HILTON BEIRUT HABTOOR GRAND HOTEL

The project is a commercial development project built over an area of approximately 13,550 sqm. The project consist of 30 floors superstructure tower building housing several restaurants, three Spa floors, rooms, suites, pent houses, and three technical floors; hotel facilities also include open air swimming pool, with special landscaping.
Six basement levels housing extensive car park facilities, a very large Banquet hall (2,200 m2), technical rooms, and three retail floors. The retail and other facilities wrap around the tower and extend four floors above the ground. A 160m. pedestrian bridge link the new tower to the existing hotel. The total built up area of the project is approx. 147,000 m2, and the tower height is 130m
